This pen print is a part of my series of art inspired by my epilepsy diagnosis. During my last inpatient EEG (6 days inpatient), I was tasked with sleep deprivation to try to provoke a seizure. I used this “doodle” as a mechanism to stay awake beyond the threshold of sleepiness. The original work is hanging in the Epilepsy Center at Advent Health near Denver, Colorado. This piece was inspired by the infinite power our brains posses!
